A Distance Reiki Healing session offers the opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself from the comfort of your own home.

Reiki is traditionally believed to transcend time and space, allowing healing energy to be shared wherever you are, creating a peaceful and nurturing experience.

Before your session, we will arrange a convenient appointment time and briefly discuss how you are feeling, together with any intentions or areas of your life you would like to focus on.

At the agreed time, you are invited to settle into a quiet, comfortable space where you are unlikely to be disturbed. You may wish to light a candle, play gentle music, or simply lie down and relax.

During the session there is nothing you need to do except rest and receive.

Many people describe feelings of warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of peace and calm. Others simply enjoy a period of quiet stillness.

Every experience is unique, and whatever you feel—or don't feel—is perfectly natural.

Following your session, you are encouraged to drink plenty of water, take a few quiet moments for yourself, and notice how you feel over the following hours and days.
